ACCESSIBILITY TESTING. Testing to ensure that users with
disabilities are supported. There are many standard requirements for
ensuring that applications and Web sites are usable and accessible by disabled
users (e.g. blind, colour-blind, dislexic, et al). We employ a host of
tools to test for screen reader compatability for websites, as well as other
forms of accessibility disfunction.
ANALYSIS. Verifying that requirements are met, involves more than
just testing. Analysis of compliance with requirements is a much part of
Test Engineering as is writing steps to verify results. Scientifi method
is employed to prove that requirements are met, in some cases without any need
to run a single line of code. We also provide expert advice on System
Design, Functional Design and some aspects of Technical Design.
COMPATIBILITY TESTING. Testing to ensure compatibility of an application
or Web site with different browsers, OSs, and hardware platforms. We have
expertise in multi-browser and multi-platform testing, and can provide the
tools to undertake this testing in relatively short timeframes.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING. Validation of an application or Web site, to assess
if it conforms to its specifications and correctly performs all its required
functions. Under Agile (Iterative/Lite) Development Methodologies this entails
close interaction with the development team and the business in short
"Sprints" or "Iterations". Our experience in such
projects ensure we bring the best chance of the project's success.
INTEGRATION TESTING. Testing in which modules are combined and tested as
a group. Modules are typically code modules, individual applications, client
and server applications on a network, etc. Our experience of integration

LOAD TESTING. Load testing is the testing of an application or Web site
under normally expected loads, to verify that it meets its load
requirements. It is generally accepted that Load testing is as

in an environment of third party products such as servers and middleware for

projects; large and small, complex and simple, waterfall and Agile; we can
provide Project Management services that transcend testing, and cover the range
of knowledge that effects all parts of the Software Development Life-Cycle
(SDLC).
STRESS TESTING. Stress testing is conducted to evaluate a system or
component at or beyond the limits of its specified requirements to determine
the load under which it fails and how it handles the failure. A graceful
degradation under load leading to non-catastrophic failure is the desired
result. Often Stress Testing is performed using the same process as Load
Testing but employing a very high level of simulated load.
SYSTEM TESTING. Testing conducted on a complete, integrated system to
evaluate the system's compliance with its specified requirements. System
testing falls within the scope of black box testing, and as such, should not
require knowledge of the inner design of the code or logic. System testing can
also include an assessment of a system's compliance with business
requirement prior to UAT.

UNIT TESTING. Functional and reliability testing in an Engineering
environment. Producing tests for the behavior of components of a product to
ensure their correct behavior prior to system integration. This is commonly
undertaken by developers, but we can provide out expert advice on best practice
and generic audit requirements.
USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING. UAT is undertaken to verify that a product
meets customer specified requirements. A customer usually does this type of
testing, but we are qualified to provide expert advice on best practice and
even assist with the process.
